Word Search Scramble Word Find (more.funner.software.wordsearchfun)
Effective October 10, 2026
This policy explains what information Papa Bear Games ("we", "us") collects when you play Word Search Scramble Word Find (the "Game"), how it is used, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email scottcox@scottcoxdev.com.
Information we collect
Account information. You sign in to play, so we collect your email address and a password. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and is never visible to us. Your account is given a random user ID.
Game statistics. We store the number of games you have played in each difficulty and game mode, along with when your account was created and last updated, so your statistics follow you to a new device.
Diagnostic logs. The Game may record technical events, such as errors during sign-in or saving, linked to your user ID. We use these only to find and fix problems.
Usage and device information. Our analytics provider collects information such as app interactions, device model, operating system version, app version, approximate location derived from your IP address, and app instance identifiers. We use it to understand how the Game is used and to improve it.
Advertising information. The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, and information about ad interactions to show, measure and limit ads, and to prevent fraud. Depending on your choices and location, ads may be personalized.
We do not collect your name, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment information.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and let you sign in, which the Game requires.
- To save and restore your game statistics across devices.
- To show ads, which keep the Game free.
- To fix bugs, measure performance and improve the Game.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on the following providers, which process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Analytics): firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google AdMob: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Microsoft Azure, which we are moving account data to: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate. Data is encrypted in transit.
Your choices
- Ads personalization: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
- Consent: where required by law, the Game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown.
- Account deletion: you can delete your account and its data at any time. See Delete your account.
Retention
We keep your account information and game statistics for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your account, statistics and diagnostic logs from our database. Analytics and advertising data held by Google are kept according to Google's retention settings, which are limited in time and not linked to your email address.
